SMS Document Package — License Agreement

1. Grant of license
Upon payment, Executive Aviation Group LLC grants the purchasing operator a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated Safety Management System document set within its own Part 135 operation, including the right to edit, print, and distribute the documents to its own personnel and to the FAA.
2. Restrictions
The document set may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed to any other operator or third party as a template or product. The license covers a single operating certificate identified during checkout.
3. Customization inputs
The operator is responsible for the accuracy of the information it provides. Generated documents reflect those inputs verbatim and are not reviewed for regulatory sufficiency by Executive Aviation Group LLC.
4. No warranty; no regulatory guarantee
The documents are provided “as is.” Executive Aviation Group LLC does not warrant that use of the document set will result in FAA acceptance or approval, and disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Update Service (if purchased)
If an Update Service term is selected, the operator is entitled to receive any revisions published by Executive Aviation Group LLC and the regeneration of the document set from the operator's original inputs or any updated information provided once per year for the selected number of years, after which the service ends automatically. The Update Service does not include regulatory monitoring or advisory services.
6. Limitation of liability
Executive Aviation Group LLC's total liability arising from the document set or this agreement is limited to the amount paid for the document set. Executive Aviation Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
